Select Next Frame

I have a document that is a converted PDF file. All of the text has been separated into separate text Frames. I need my code to select certain frames and copy their contents into a database. My question is... how do I get VBA to select each frame in turn then after I am done copying the information out of it select the next frame?

Could you please describe precisely what you are calling a text frame?
