Is there a way so that you can select what names are available to view on the directory button on the phone? If you select a letter and do the search even modems show up in the directory. can that be set so that we can control what names appear in that directory? Thanks.

Yes, if you use OTM there is a file in the common data directory called exclude.xls
Just put the DN that you don't want to display in the corp directory listing in this file, save it and re-run the corp directory upload and it should compile the new list.
Conversely there is an include.xls file too if you say have a DN that isn't on key 0 that you want to show up on the corp directory. You input various fields, re-run the upload and they will show up.
