I have a drop-down list, but the users want to be able to select more than one of the items from the drop-down list. Is this possible? For example, I want the user to be able to hold down the CTRL key and click on all the items in the list that are relevant for that record. Any help would be much appreciated.

Thanks,
Amy

Thanks for the reply Tony, but I found what I needed using the ActiveX control for List Box. I was able to use the multiselect feature of it and from there I captured the values selected and made the field in question equal to those values. It works quite well. There was some coding to make it visible/invisible when arriving/departing on the field that I wanted to make the dropdown list for, but other than that it was pretty straightforward.
Thanks again!
Amy
