Select Items in Subform to add to Another table

I have a subform as a datasheet. I want to make it so I can select items in that datasheet and click a command button on the main form to add those records to another table.
What would be the easiest way to do this?

I am using access 2007

Use a multi-select list box with some code that loops through the selected items and runs an append query for each of them.
