I have a parameter in my report which prompts the user to enter an account number, the report then displays all the customers related to that account. What I would like to have happen in a second prompt where the user would be able to select one of the related customers. Any ideas?

I don't think you can do hierarchical parameters. If the user must choose one or more customers for an account(i.e., the account number alone would never be used), you might consider creating a separate report which can be imported as a picklist. You could use the account number as the value and the customers as the description field or concatenate the account number field with the customer field. This would not be a dynamic picklist though, and would need to be updated periodically. There are tools available which allow you to create dynamic picklists if you want to go that route.
