select from drop down menu and have relevant text in text box

hello

id like to have an outlook form with a drop down menu (or even better a set of radio buttons on the left) and a text box in the right..
so whatever the user selects in the drop down menu (or whatever radio button is pushed) some text relevant to the choice is seen in the box - anyone have any example code?

any help appreciated.
