I have a report that is selecting by service type (inlive, outlive, indoor, etc) and as it is part of the selection criteria I need to still be able to have one or more selected and print accordingly, but if it is left at the default of (.."%" then all)I need to have only the first service type print with it's corresponding fields.

Any suggestions on this? I already have a suppress on the formatting so that it only prints once per occurance of the same type.

Oh sorry-I am using CR9 and accessing a UNIX database, with 2 procedures (1 is for the subreport) Thanks!

If you group by service type, you can then display the first occurance in the header and suppress all detail lines.
