Hello,

I've got a report based on an Oracle view. Both the view and the report (as expected), pull all 776 employee names.
However, when our client goes into this report's Select Expert and wants to trim the report to a variety of staff using the "is one of..." on the "Name" field, the Browse button or the drop-down list produce a list of employee name that ends at the "O"s. I can browse the employee name list in Select Expert, in the same report and see all employee name up to "Z".
Can anyone suggest what might cause this?

Thanks,
Q

I believe this is a registry key setting. Search the registry for 'MaxNBrowseValues' and if you find it, change it to some higher number. Then go back and rerun the report and hit the browse button again to confirm this is the issue.

Hello dgillz,

Thanks for your prompt response. I made the change to your suggested registry setting (MaxNBrowseValues) but it did not make a difference.
I noticed another registry setting called "NRecordsThreshold". Could that be the one?

My apologies. We're using CR 8.5.
