Select box styling?

Hi all

I've created a css style for form objects but while the input fields accept the thin border styling, the drop down selct boxes do not. Any idea as to why?

These are OS specific controls and are rendered outside regular html & css. If you need to style them completely on your own, you will need to mock up one yourself with divs and javascript. Check here to see how different elements accept different values on different browsers/OSes.
