Hi, I have highlighted in yellow multiple text lines of a large document. I would like to export the highlighted parts of text and create a new document containing only that. ( I want to create some kind of summary of the parts of text I am interested on)
Any ideas about how to do this? I can only do it copy pasting each of the individual highlighted texts but that would take literally weeks.

Thanks!!

...it won't help you now but in acrobat preferences > commenting options you have the option to copy text automatically when you create highlights...

...this is then possible to print out or create another pdf of the highlighted text as part of the summarize comments under the comments menu...

...this is a comments preferences screen grab, the ones need to be on are "print notes and pop ups" and the very last one at the bottom:

...as you have already highlighted the text, I can think of no way of extracting only the highlighted text, unless you had the preference options turn on beforehand...

...hopefully someone else may be able to assist...

Andrew
