Select all in drop down list

Dear all

I have a drop down list as a set of database results that is used as a filter for another set of database results. Is it possible for me to be able to select all the results in the list as an option on the list, by using some kind of wild card ? e.g. options would be as follows

Select All
Red
Green
Blue
Yellow
