Hows it going

Is there a way of getting a listbox to select a whole field when there is no selection in other words in the gender box leaving it unselected will find records with all genders. or even a selection ("All" or *) that would select without the filters?

What are you trying to do? How is your ListBox supposed to function? You are making a ListBox selection... and THEN what? Skip,
