We provide Seimon 762 ADSL routers for business customers and if we are assigning any addressing scheme to the routers other that Class A, B or C, (/30, /29, etc) the router won't accept it.

Our company has developed a script to flash the info to the router to bypass the restriction. If I want to go into the router later and change the DHCP lease time, I can't. Is there telnet, or CLI access into the router that will allow me to modify the lease time?

FYI,

I found out the CLI command string to modify lease time on a Seimon 762 when the network is subnetted instead of a /24 size.

Are you going to post that CLI command in case someone else has the same problem?
