Segregating content on to various screens

hello,
There is an application which generates 4 different types of information.
1.Screens
2.Streaming media
3.Charts
4.News
now i see all of them on the same PC.Is there are hardware or software solution which enables me to see the Screens on one monitor the charts on another monitor ... and so on.
Or
Is there an alternative which enables me to see the 4 in 4 different windows?
