Segregate duties in Arcserve

Hi Guys,

Pardon my ignorance as we are evaluating arcserve.

We want to find out if using Arcserve workgroup version 7 on NT with Sybase database, can we split the function of backup and restore, so that one operator can do only backup and another account conduct restore on the same server? Each of these operators has separate account.

I believe you can assign a different account to each function. You may want to check support.ca.com Glenn A
