I have 2 12000s in a single fabric accross a DWDM link.

Some zone changes have been made resulting in the event detailed 'segmented zone conflict'.

This has been initiated by the zone changes not being saved 'cfgsave' and then the Control processors failing over.

Any ideas on how this can be resolved.

Check the following on both switches:

Are there any aliases with the same names?

Are there any zones with the same names?

A segmented fabric will normally occur if this is the case. You will need to find the duplicated name and change it.

Also make sure that the Domain ID's are different between switches.
