I'm interested in writing a program that will show any and all traffic going through my NIC (as long as its TCP/IP). I would like to be able to choose incoming or outgoing, but just having it work is good enough. I've tried using the winsock object, putting it in listen mode, and not sending any replies back to the originating server, but so far I've got nothing but errors. Any suggestions on how I might start working on this project?

Thanks

MG

I believe that programaticly this is a fairly trivial task. Unfortunatly, the task requires a nic that has what is called a promiscuis (sp?) mode. I know this becuase a piece of internet monitor software that I installed would only work with such a card....
