Seeking "LockedUp Mini Tools 1.2" (or newer) freeware

Here's a challenge! I've decided that LockedUp Mini Tools 1.2 (or newer)is just what I'm looking for. For some reason, the home site is down and I cannot find it ANYWHERE on the net, that is, that isn't tied to the developer's site, which, as I mentioned, is DOWN! :-(
So... anyone know where I can find it? FTP maybe?
