Seeking Partner in San Jose to Configure client IPO

I dont know if this is correct platform for my request.

We have a customer who has shifted office to San Jose USA and we need a competent Avaya partner to configure their IP Office. Only the basic configuration is required (incoming lines + 15 users + connect it to IP Tel VPN for linking to remote office).
Would be grateful if I link up with a willing party ASAP as its a bit urgent.
