Once you have run the program, it should identify your main system board, BIOS version, and a host of other information, including system vulnerabilities which you should act upon.
If your system is from a major manufacturer, like Dell, HP, Toshiba, Acer, etc., then their support website is the best place to start for drivers and BIOS updates specially tailored to your system.
If the system is bespoke, or a no-name manufacturer, then the motherboard manufacturer should be able to supply BIOS upgrades and drivers.
There are many websites that purport to analyse your system for available driver upgrades, but end up asking for payment without offering any guarantees of either safety or authenticity. I would advise that you DO NOT PAY, unless you are totally satisfied that the service is genuine, safe and not a scam. Check the sites on a search engine for satisfied or dissatisfied reviews first.
DriverMax used to be totally free, but now has limited free downloads, but is not a source of malware as far as I know.
