I have only seen a couple of CBTs and haven't been real impressed with them. Maybe for a very basic intro to CD.
I think an intermediate user wanting to learn about formulas would be better off with a good book than a Computer Based Training CD. CBTs are best for things that need to be learned visually, while concepts like formulas require more indepth concept explanation.

I learned the basics of Crystal 8.5 from a system called 'CBT Training'. Quite expensive, I think--I work for a relatively big company and it wasn't my decision, but it was good value for money with a lot of people needing to be given basic skills.
