Seek failure happened

During a restore job with Simpana 7, the message error was displayed:

Backup job works fine.

Error Code 23:98 Description: Seek failure happened.

Any idea?

Not a lot to go on here, hense the lack of response.
On that job, while its still displayed in the jobcontroller window you have the option to view logs for that job, view the logs when the job fails and you will see all the log files that are associated, then there will be more clue.
