On a win server 2003 domain I have one client workstation running XP Pro and who logs onto the domain
as 'chris'.
When I look at the file server management screen in the sessions folder, I do not see user 'chris'
against the IP address associated with her computer but I see 'geoff'. 'geoff' is actually me but I
am not logged onto that computer nor do I have a profile on that computer.
From 'my network places' I can see the computer 'chris' (of which she is logged into) is listed
in the list of domain computers but it is very slow accessing the list of resources on that computer.
I can access all other doamin computers instantly.
I see no errors in event viewer on the file server nor the local computer but this situation does
seem strange. How do I correct this?

Suggestions:
For Slowness -
check event logs on XP
run virus scan
run adaware and/or spybot for spyware

For Session -
The only thing I can think of is a drive is mapped or an application is connecting using your credentials.
because you are also experiencing slowness, maybe there is a corrupted computer account in AD. You could attempt to reset the computer account or remove and re-add it.
