seeing / watching what email is being sent

We have complaints from users that they're not getting email reports, or the email addresses are "wrong"...checking CMC, they're setup correctly (interestingly enough sometimes they work and sometimes they dont??)

Anyway, I want to be able to tap into the email account that is sending the reports and view the SENT ITEMS...

Havent been able to do that correctly - question is --

How do I get in and watch waht is being sent and what is not so that I can troubleshoot easier?

Any and all ideas very welcome....

That varies based on your version of CE and email service.

Duh, that wasnt too smart of me, eh?

I'm using Crystal Reports 8.5 developers and then
Crystal Enterprise Professional 8.5 also....

We have outlook email here....
