seeing question marks

I have one user who when he logs into his laptop and tries to view the company website sees question marks in place of hyphens.

His laptop has windows xp
internet explorer 6.0


However the funny thing is when I login as domain admin I can see the company website perfectly fine. The problem is with his login on that particular laptop. not anywhere else

check the profile settings. maybe the answer lies there.

Under IE, check the View, Encoding settings for against a working machine.
