Can anyone tell me once I am connected to my VPN server how to I see my files?

I used the IP address of the server //192.169.1.XX/d$ and nothing comes up.

i have a similar issue. I can ping the server, and i can get access to the internal exchange over the web page (so i am inside the network). Yet if i \\192.168.0.10\ into IE then it doesnt bring up the network shares. I wonderif it is a authenication prob - how would i specify my network logon?

Cheers

Dan

aha.

I worked it out.

I using a trial version of greenbow VPN. In the settings there is an option to ask for Authenication (or something like that). If i tick it, it then asks for username and PW, once entered i see files. STAR for me?
