seeing double in outlook

Whenever I enter a contact in addr book, I see twice the name appear (one with e-mail type SMTP and the other is FAX), how do I removed the FAX one? (I try to delete it but it delete the contact as well)

If you get rid of the fax number in the contact record it will not appear in the list The two rules for success are:
1. Never tell them everything you know.
