See running processes through VPN connection

I am successfully using WMI to see running processes on any machine on the network when we were all back at the office and plugged in.

I am struggling to find a way to inspect running processes on COMPUTER_NAME when that computer is connected via VPN from the house.
Is this even possible with full admin credentials?
