We have ShoreTel Connect Onsite and IP480 telephones. Is there a way to display the number that outside callers dialed when we receive an incoming call? Our users have DIDs and we also have an automated attendant. It would be nice for users to see whether callers dialed the DID, the automated attendant, or were transferred from another extension.
