How does one install the SecWindowsNT.msi file. Clicking the msi file creates 2 files i.e. SecWindowsNT.pin and dll. What do I do next?

Sounds like you need to update your Windows Installer. You can get the latest installer for NT and 2000 here
There is a link for 9x at the bottom of that page.
You should be able to right click an MSI file and select "Install"

The secWindowsNT.dll should reside in the following location (assuming CE85)
C:\program files\crystal decisions\enterprise\win32_x86\auth\secWindowsNT
What is your reasoning for manually trying to install this? It is installed as a part of the CE installation.
If you are running manually, you should copy the .msi to the location above and run the install from their as it should drop the dll beside it.
