Hello,

I am tring to enable the AD authentication for my CE 10 Reporting Server;
I have setup an AD account a group inside the domain;
I added the account to CE and it was OK, I added the Domain\Group but when I tried to to update the page i got this message
*********************
The secWinAD plugin failed to look up the account for the group "MyDomain\MyGroup"
*********************
I already added the AD Account into local Adminstrators group but is still not working

Could you help me with some sugestions?

Thank you

Did you ever find out how to resolve this issue?

Hi,( a few basic questions, to start)

Are you able to use any AD groups?

Are you using the correct AD login to the AD Domain tree.

Did you refresh the Group on the AD authentication page..

Does it show up under the Groups folder..

On the Authorization page, under the Windows AD tab, I had to ask a system Administrator to setup the AD Administration name for me with a system admin account and password.
