Security Warning message

[DOGWATCH]

When I open my access database
mdb i get a Security Warning message
opening C:\db.mdb

This file may not be safe if it contains code
that was intended to harm your computer. Do you
want to open the file or cancel the operation.

This error message is annoying and the file
i am using is perfectly safe. is there a way
I can turn off that warning?
