Security: Users can not delete data

I have set the Users group with permission to delete data from a specific table but they get a permissions error when they log in and attempt to delete data: Run-time error 3109: "no delete permission for tblEmails."

The Users group has permission to delete data from this table. I've also given the specific user permission to delete data from the table but this error still pops up. Why is this error popping up when both the specific user and the Users group have explicit permission to delete data from this table?

Have you redistributed the mdw file? If not, their permissions aren't changed in that file which restricts their access.
