Security update for Internet Explorer

Hi

I have just read the security section of Microsoft's website and it mentions a vlunerability in Internet Explorer

However to download the security update I need to know which version of Internet Explorer I use. This should be fairly simple to find out but I have gone to Internet Properties and cannot see anywhere my verion number. How do I find this out? I think I have one of the latest - Internet Explorer 6 possibly but need to check.
