Security to Access Jobs

We have locked our databases down to certain user created database roles. Now our problem is that when the SQL user is placed in these roles, they are unable to see any jobs listed under SQL Agent. I've tried several predefined server roles but can't seem to locate a lowlevel one that will allow the users to check jobs. Anyone have any suggestions as to how I can do this?

The jobs are held in MSDB so you probably have to make sure the users have proper access to that database
