Security Threat Warning notification possibilities ??

CS1000 System. I am wondering if there is any way to setup and or configure a way using the CS1000 to be able to notify people via an IP deskset without an audible sound, possibly flashing msg waitng lamp or something incase say an active shooter was in the building. We have a customer service dept. thus leaving that possibility which could happen. I am open for any suggestions anyone may have.

Probably the cheapest thing you could do is to put a strobe off of an analog port in your customer service area.
