I had another tech get into my IPO essential and may have changed a security setting because most of my hunt group info is greyed out. Does anyone know what that setting may be?

After some messing around I tried to delete the hunt group and it said a remote hunt group cannot be deleted.

Perhaps that tech did setup a SCN and you can now see remote groups (on the other system)
Check the audit trial and lines section to see what has changed.

BAZINGA!

I'm not insane, my mother had me tested!

If there is no active SCN then he copied a group from another config and paste it in this one.
IP Office sees that group as a remote group which cannot be deleted.
I have seen that before, it is possible to delete such a group but it aint a easy task.

Hi Guys,

If it has a system Name: IP address and hunt group name: HG210 then it would be a paste into the config from 1 to another. Are your company's Extensions in Hunt group, Would they be familiar departments (hunt group names) of your company.

If it was an SCN group from a connected site you would have th name of the other system as the system name and the correct name of the group not HG210 etc
