Security Question

Hi.

Mas 200 V3.71.

I have full access to security setup. I need to be able to go to File, preferences, so I can prevent folks from entering GL dates I don't like.

I set myself up as a user with supervisor rights, as the manual I have suggests, but still, all I get is "Not authorized for this options"

What am I missing?
