Security problem with Access 2000 1

Hi

I have been sent an Access 2000 database and when I try to open it I get "You do not have the necessary permissions to use the 'lm.mdb' object. Have your system administrator or person who created this object establish the appropriate permissions for you". I contacted my client who then sent me the following

Name: LM_Owner
PID: LM_O19062002
Password secondaid

I've got no idea what to do with these values, does anybody have any ideas?
