security problem between websites

Hope this is the right forum for this question, sorry if it isn't

The website my webhost points to is at and everything works fine there :)
My other website is stored in a subdirectory on my webhost at
The source of teamsurge.com shows that it is a frame which points to the
I'm having a problem with the login section on teamsurge.com Unless users have their security settings set right down then they can't login (though they can register fine).
I think it has something to do with file locations because in IE the security dialog shows that some of the CSS and ASP files have been marked as restricted and blocked
Is there a way round this referencing a file from another domain?
Then again I could be wrong and there's a completely different cause to the problem :-S
