Security on MSysObjects

For some reason I cannot change values in MSysObjects, even though I'm the owner of the db, and set up in the admins group in the .mdw

I've tried to set permissions in MSysObjects, but it just says I need admin rights. Also, the permissions show the table to be owned by Engine.

Is it not possible to edit entries directly in MSysObjects?

That's not possible, that would cause megaproblems if you were to edit that file.

I was hopeing for a quick and easy way to edit my linked tables' path...
