Security on individual report

I would like to set up a report within user folders that they cannot rerun - it is set up on a recurring schedule to run by itself and the report wouldn't make sense if they ran it on any other date.

I know I can set up rights on specific folders, but can I set up specific rights for one report within the folder?

In the CMC->Manage Objects->click your report->Rights

Set the Access Rights (except the Administrator) for all groups/users to No Access.
