Security on custom Crystal Reports in ERP ACCPAC 6.0

Is there a way to add security to custom crystal reports that are added to the accpac desktop as a report type? We have some payroll reports that not everyone should see. Even though they don't have payroll security at all, they can see these custom reports when they log in. I know we can add them per user and not check the all users box when we add the report to the desktop, but we have allot of users and that will make it hard to manage.
