Security.mdw missing. I can't open my database

I created a database program with MS Access. I was about to lock down and give it to my client, someone asked me a question in the middle of the process and when I attempted to go back into my database it would not allow any of my passwords to work. Then it started giving me you have no permissions. Help me someone.
