I need to log when someone access a mailbox that is not their primary mailbox. I thought it was turned on by default in Exchange 2000 but when I test it by opening my test acount maibox I don't see an event id 1016 in the security event log like I expect. I have diagnostic loggin set to the maximum on logon and access control.
