Several machines on my network are receiving the error "Security log is full, you must log on as the administrator to fix this" when the logon screen pops up. I don't know what is causing this. I thought it was just the machine, but now it has happened to over 20 machines. All of them are XP machines. I have been manually clearing the logs on each machine, but I've come to the conclusion that it must be a server problem. We are running windows server 2003 with roaming profiles and group policies. Any help would be appreciated.

Not a server problem. Set the machines to overwrite security events as needed (right click on Security in Event Viewer and go to Properties). Unfortunately, I've seen many XP installations where the default eventlog setting allows it to fill up and cause this problem.

Thanks, I just figured it was a server problem because it was happening to so many machines on my network.
