security level too high?

Hi,
can anybody advise what has gone with my IE. 6.0 Win Xp.
I can get the connection rigt and go to most url's. When I try to go to for example Windows update the page won't load insteed I get the message that my security setting are to high. I have try to modify the settings but no help. It has worked earlier as a charm.
