Security level in Outlook 2000

I can't receive any .exe files because some where outlook has a secuirty setting which block my incoming attachments.

Are you using 2000 SR2 or 2002?
If it's 2000 SR2 and you're not working in an Exchange Server environment, your're stuck with the blocking.
