security feature controling remote CFW?

i have an option 11C release 22, is there a security feature that prevents extensions that are remote CFW to go to the attendant if the call comes in without ANI? I ran into this problem when anyone calls into my pbx with a calling card any suggestions?

are the phones being forwarded and the attendant in the same switch?

you may have to forward to a dummy or phantom acd queue

with ncfw to attendant, be sure to mark the acd as

MWC YES
