Security exeception in JAVA

Hello

I am running Java5_64 on a AIX 5.3 Blade with a product called CYCLONE .. When I start it up I get this error ...

ERROR (SecurityAlgorithm.getCipher:78) - Unable to get Cipher for AES/CBC/PKCS5Padding from IAIK
java.lang.SecurityException: JCE cannot authenticate the provider IAIK

Does anyone know how to get around this ....
